Six Layers & Ways to Earn in LifeSpan's P.E.P.™
'Retail' Commissions –% Markup determined by individual Associate at point of 'Direct' Sale
'Healthy-Start'™ Bonus – up to 40%
'P.E.P.' Perpetual Monthly Earnings Bonus) – up to 65%
'Matching-Check'™ Bonus – up to 50% (on 1st Level Personally Sponsored Associate’s P.E.P. Monthly Bonuses, and/or on Personally ‘Enrolled’ and ‘Placed’ Associate’s P.E.P. Bonuses
'Generational-Bonus'™ – (for Qualified ‘Executives’ only) 5% on Level 7 and beyond (no limit) until encountering the 1st Qualified, inline ‘Executive’ in an individual leg (Blocks only on month to month basis in individual legs at the point where encountering a Qualified, inline 'Executive')
'Retention-Bonus'™ Pool – up to 5% of all total Company ‘Active’ Associate Accumulative Monthly Orders of $50.00 or more for 6 consecutive months
Qualified True 'Rollup AND Compression' begins at Levels 5 and extends to the end of your organization pay line.
(The 'Healthy-Start' Bonus operates as follows: The initial % is paid directly to the Sponsoring Member Associate. The balance % (up to the Perpetual Earnings Plan [PEP] maximum payout of 65%) is paid out with the qualified P.E.P. pay rank level %’s for that month, i.e. a ‘Broker’ Associate Member receives 30% ‘Healthy-Start’™ Bonus, then the remaining balance of 35% (65% -30%) is paid out to the upline in ‘Earned Rank or Pay Position’ %’s @ the appropriate 5%, 10%, or 15% etc. qualified for that month. A ‘Consultant’ Associate Member is paid @ 40% as the Sponsor and the balance of the remaining 35% is paid to the upline at their appropriate earned pay rank position %’s for that month of pay rank qualification. A ‘Retail Associate’ Member is paid @ 25% as the Sponsor on the 1st month orders of a new Member Associate and the balance of the remaining 40% is paid to the upline at their appropriate earned pay rank position %’s for that month of pay rank qualification, and so on and so on….)
