Nick Mangeris - Managing Director

After a highly successful career in public service with the Elkhart City Fire Department then excelling in Sales and Marketing Management, Nick Mangeris joined a network marketing company named Forever Living Products. As an Associate and General Manager, he achieved national prominence in the company in less than two years. In 1982 he was promoted to begin his career in network marketing management by moving to their corporate offices in charge of Sales and Training where he became Vice President and remained until November of 1987.

Realizing there was no reason why he couldn't do as well with his own company; Nick founded and took to great heights a highly successful network marketing venture and company that led an industry revolution to become a legend in its own time: Kaire International. Kaire introduced to the public as its flagship product his own unique nutritional formulation containing genuine Pycnogenol® - soon to become a household word worldwide and regarded to be one of the most potent antioxidant and nutraceutical supplements ever developed.

Nick's success resulted in his becoming recognized and regarded as a highly valued Network Marketing Consultant, consulting for companies with sales in the hundreds of Millions and leading some to even surpass $1 Billion. Nick has brought all his extensive knowledge and experience to bear in creating his final "Industry Revolution": LifeSpan International, the ultimate network marketing company.

Kim Hubartt - IT Director

Kim comes to LifeSpan offering the expertise required to respond to our technology and communication needs. Kim has worked in the computer industry for 25 years having been both a sole-proprietor and employed for most of that time both in corporate such as SBC, Wells Fargo, and Johnson&Johnson and private sector positions bringing to the table a variety of talents. Kim is well versed in all areas of project development and implementation of communications systems. Having responded both to Ph.D’s and the residential customer her special focus is on customer service.

Kim is responsible for managing LifeSpan’s technology decisions and architecture. Kim directs the company's technology initiative at the office headquarters with an eye toward innovation, simplicity, and eco-responsibility.

Kim is a seasoned IT veteran with more than 25 years experience as a leader with experience and the ability to evaluate, design, and provide solutions to business needs with computer technologies. Excellent skills in installation, maintenance, and support of server and network equipment while also being able to work with customers in planning, organizing, and working to resolve various issues.

Bruce Wood - Director of Associate Operations

Following successful studies in Business and Finance, Bruce launched head first into sales and management with an emphasis on his own strengths, customer relations. Subsequently he enjoyed a lucrative career specializing in sales and management for luxury home furnishings. Next Bruce and his Father established their first Premium Home Furnishings Outlet. This first store became very successful and while developing an upper end clientele Bruce discovered Network Marketing. He found the concepts of quality nutritional health products and time freedom as well as a perpetually active interaction with consumers, exciting and attractive.

Within a short time, Bruce became addicted - He was Hooked on Network Marketing! The best part, Network Marketing was Hooked on Bruce! Then it happened, in 1979 Bruce became a priceless talent in the foundation of what was to become one of the Legends in Network Marketing, Forever Living Products. Bruce assisted in establishing a solid base of satisfied customers in several States while becoming a General Manager for the State of Colorado. Bruce held that position for 13 years wherein he was frequently number one or number two in volume in the company and received achievement awards for distributor participation.

Bruce was especially instrumental in one of Nick Mangeris’s companies, Kaire International. For over 10 years, Bruce’s amazing association with the field Associates was the catalyst behind Kaire’s phenomenal success. He traveled the United States and Canada bringing confidence and conducting training and product informational meetings. To quote some of the greatest Associates in Network Marketing, “Bruce Wood has written the book on customer relations, integrity and loyalty.”
